As a Hilton Honors member, the hotel's rooms were spacious and clean, although somewhat challenging to find due to numerous twisting hallways and stairs. The service was a mix of slow initial service at the pub and friendly, accommodating staff from the venue. The location is a clear winner in the Roanoke area, with easy access to downtown and a vibrant city market district nearby. Dining offered wonderful experiences in various settings. The facilities were well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, right near downtown Roanoke, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the room I had was under construction and faced a loud mechanical buzzing noise that was quite bothersome.
